Elan might be right in why I couldn't warp out, but that doesn't explain why my my speed was being slowed without being webbed the entire time. That just seems really buggy to me.

It was just a blood pirate spawn, nothing special about it. I didn't get any popup message saying drones weren't useable although I didn't check local. But even if drones aren't useable at that rat location, it doesn't explain why I still couldn't...
